There are two branches of Paul at St Pancras, one is in "The Circle" which is in the modern part of St Pancras station furthest away from Euston Road and near to the domestic train platforms. The other is near the Pancras Road entrance to the old part of St Pancras station, near to the Eurostar departures.
Originally a French bakery, Paul now has branches worldwide. They are cafés serving a range of hot and cold sandwiches, tarts and other bread and pastry products as well as coffee and cold drinks. There are two branches inside St Pancras - the one near the Eurostar departures has a closed off seating area and farmhouse chairs and tables while the one in the "Circle" is open plan.
